The aesthetics of the project are based on the integration of the corporate identity (multi-layered colours) and the fluidity of the interior design. The visual information system is functional, legible with a specific attention to the visual consistency. The typography layout is based on a modular system followed by concise iconography.
The icons, based on international standards, were partially refined, customised and in some cases completely redesigned, in order to become more recognisable; the same time they assist the human expectations for navigation throughout the building. The result is a comprehensive information system which includes: Orientation Elements, Directional Information, Destination and Situation Identification. Additionally, the project extended into designing diverse graphic applications in order to aid the practicality of the working environment.
